Dear Sirs,
Per the attached photos, I need two replacement sash balances for an NVR 1800J 33 3/4 x 76 3/4 single hung window. Per photo 239, it's marked "36B PR BSI". It measures 36" long, and approx 1/2 x 1/2 in cross-section. Per some other posts I saw on your site, I'm guessing I need S795-36, Option C? The balance shoe is still buried in the window track, but the track it fits in is 1 1/4 wide the best I can measure it, which should correspond to the 15-195 shoe that comes with the S795? I may want to order an extra set of the 1" wide optional 15-194 shoes just to be safe.
Please let me know if my assessment is correct. Also, can you point me to any videos that show how to remove the old balance shoe, and install the new shoe and balance? Thank-you.
