Need 1620 channel balances

A handy person from Elk Grove Village, IL says:

Need a couple channel balances for a non-tilt window. The channel (#1620) is 17" long and I am including pictures of the shoe & top.

The channel is 9/16" wide x 5/8" deep. The shoe is 15/16" wide from the outside of one ear to the outside of the other ear and 1-1/16" from the jam liner side of the ears to the window side of the of the shoe.

Which channel balance should I order?

It looks like SWISCO Series 350 Balances. Take a look at the 17" Series 350 Balance, it is available with a 1620 stamp option.
