Need 2 replacement channel balances

Greetings,
I need help in identifying the correct channel balance replacements for my window. The balances are for a non-tilt window. They are 28" long and the channel width is 1/2". The description on the balance reads 27 4 LP Caldwell. I have attached several pictures that I hope will help identify the correct part. I would like to purchase two. Many thanks.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2740 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
