Need (2) window balances

Question

In you help section I have come a cross a past customer who has the exact balances I have (see photos) and link below. I am guessing that the "37" marking may be for the window sash and glass weight. I have weighed my window sash and glass and it is ~38lbs.

Please see photos and link below and let me know what I need to do to get (2) balances on order.
