Need Awning Operator

Question

Attached are photos of the one that needs replacing. It got all corroded and the top part where 2 of the screws go broke off. The main part is about 5 1/4 inches. (If that part was still on). The longer arm is about 4 1/4

Current long arm is 4 1/2. How important is it that the arm length match exactly?

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for the jalousie window operator shown in your photos. The 39-346 comes with a few link arm options, including a 4-1/2" length of your part. We also offer the 39-165K, which has a link arm that you can break off to match your desired length. With that being said, these operators have some play in the gears, so a slight discrepancy in arm length would not generally be a deal breaker. Take a look at the specifications of each option, along with the related videos, and see what you think. Thank you.
