Need Hardware for Patriot Brand Casement Window

Dear Swisco,

I am seeking replacement hardware (hand crank, worm gear, bracket, and toothed lever arm) for a Patriot brand kitchen casement window. The spline for the hand crank is stripped and the worm gear / toothed lever interface is also stripped. The two photos show the spline and the visible part of the worm gear bracket outside (although that one shows the right side (viewed from inside) and I need only the left side parts).

Hello! I'm confident we can replace this, but I'm not sure exactly what you have. It greatly depends on the length of the arm and the style of the bearing at the end of it. Start with our 39-028E and 39-027E and see if these match up.
