Need Help Identifying Channel Balances

Hello?

Please see attached pictures of the channel balances that I need to replace. They are 2 different sets.This is one of the balances. I'll send you the other in another email so that it limits the confusion. The size is 14" This is the second balance. This size is 14" as well.
