Need Help Identifying Correct Replacement Parts

Question

The bottom track part is IMG_4656 and 4657. The top track part is IMG_4701 and 4703. The bottom track looks like IMG_4704.

We need replacement parts for both the top and the bottom and don't know what parts to order from our site. Would appreciate if you could reply with the correct part numbers.

We also do not know how to adjust the bottom track part to actually stay in the bottom track IMG_4704. Do we have the wrong part currently on the bottom track?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We suggest our 23-046 for the top and 23-021 for the bottom. The 23-021 white nylon foot locks into the track and moves up and down as you slide the doors. The adjustment is the 23-046 top roller. Take a look and see what you think.
