Need Nuprime/Season-All window parts

A quick learner says:

DR window - balance stamped 2430 C. Measures 24 1/2" long for the metal channel piece itself. Top shoe looks like a 19-002. Dimensions all match.

I re-measured the bottom shoe. It looks like it is 1 1/8" long, so the balance may actually be a Series 390. The length question still remains, however.

Also need one top plastic guide. looks like an 18-110. Dimensions match. Reverse side view is slightly different. See photos attached.

K window - balance stamped 1820 B. Measures 18 1/2" long for the metal channel piece. Appears to have the same top and bottom shoes. The top guides are intact for this window.

Thank you for posting. If your balance lengths end on the 1/2", they will have to be custom made. Can you confirm that your lengths are accurate?

If so, I have made two custom order forms for you based on your specifications. The first is for the 24-1/2" Series 390 Channel Balance, while the second is for the 18-1/2" Series 390 Channel Balance. Fill out the rest of the information, and one of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, the balances definitely are on the half inch -- 24.5" and 18.5". Is it possible to go down to 24" and 18"? If so, are there any downsides?

If they were any larger or smaller than 1/2", it might be worth considering. But considering it's right in the middle, it's probably best to stick with what was installed originally.
