The Balancer is 34" long and has a 1/2" channel with the following stamped on the balancer:
3330 BSI RM
The windows and balancers are the original materials installed when the home was built in 2006. We have always had issues with these windows going up and down, even when the house was still fairly new.
For now, I will need 14 guides for replacement on 7 windows.

Hello! Your balance looks like a close match for our S395-34. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then you should be good to go.
You also mentioned that these windows are always hard to open. That may be an issue with the spring calibration. Your old stamp, 3330, indicates that a pair of balances can carry 18 through 23 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash to ensure that it falls in that range.
