Need Replacement Casement Window Operator

I have old truth operators model(?) number 30637. The window opens from left to right (looking from the inside). I believe Product Code 39-035 would do the trick.
Can you please confirm?

In order for us to confirm if the 39-035 is what you have, we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible.
