Hello, this is from a single-hung Milgard window. I found the replacement on your site for the 26-4 balancer, but don't know your part numbers for the top and bottom guides.

We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order because of that stamp. Yours starts with the digits "86," which indicates a special calibration. None of our stock parts can replace it.
Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I have that, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.

I'd need 4, but if they are that special, I will likely order 4 additional units, as there are 2 other windows that are the same and the same age. They might fail at some point in the future as well. So maybe 8 total depending on price.
