Hi
I have recently purchased 16 spring clips 1-1/8 inch for my window. Item #70-050B. I just tried to install these and it is short by an eighth of an inch roughly as my screen will not latch on to the back of the window. See the attached picture. Can I return these and get a newer size?

You're welcome to review our return policy here to send back the screen clips you purchased. Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this clip that measures 1-1/4" long. I'm sorry we won't be able to supply a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
