Hi, I need to replace my window balance spring that broke, The steel has 33" in length and bottom bracket has 1-1/16" in width. Can you please help me which part should I buy and which weight range??

Emily is out of the office today but I'll be happy to help! The bottom shoe shown in your new photo is intact but we would need to see the shoe attached to an undamaged balance to confirm the replacements you need. Pelase include photos of the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel. That would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. We'll also need to see the metal clip attached to the pulley used for installation.
