Sure, we sell a variety of different balances. I'm confident we have one that can work for you, but I don't know where to start. We'll need you to remove the balance from the window and show us photos of the top and bottom nylon fittings. Those details are what decide the best replacement.

That said, your balance may not need replacing. It looks like the top sash guide may be what broke, not the balance. Refer to the video below for clarification.
