Need additional keys

Hi, I purchase the 82-086 legacy keyed handle set and require additional keys. However, no one in my area seems to be able to match the key correctly -- every key I've had made is too wide for the key slot. Do you have any guidance, or do you sell copies or blanks? Thanks! Christopher

Hey, Christopher. As a matter of fact, we do sell a key blank. See our 82-322.

We started selling these because of how troublesome the key lock for this handle was to re-key. It's technically Kwikset, but it's honestly kind of it's own thing. It's very strange and it can frustrate most locksmiths, but I believe you can use that blank to get a match made.
