Need help

Question

I don't know what I need to find a handle.  All store say they can't help with that.  Idk if it's a male handle or I need some sort of extension.

It looks like the worm gear that the handle attaches to is missing, so you'll need to replace the whole assembly. Unfortunately, this old Miami operator isn't made anymore, but I believe you can use our 39-054 to replace it. Look it over and see what you think. The only issues would be that the installation holes may not be exact and the slot in the window frame may need to be filed to allow space for the arm, but if you're handy then you should be able to get it to work.
