Need help choosing pivot shoe

I need two replacement pivot shoes for vinyl double-hung windows.

Width: 1 1/4"
Depth: ~9/16"
Height: 1 5/8" (a little hard to determine because it is broken)

A coil spring balance attaches to the window with a notched spring that attaches in a straight slot in the top.

I need help with determining which pivot shoe part to use to replace this.

Thanks for posting. I think our 15-141 coil balance shoe could possibly work for you. Check it out and see what you think.

Thanks! 15-141 looks just like what I need. One question, does the top of the pivot shoe, the part where the metal band from the coil spring attaches have a metal backstop for support? Its hard to tell from the picture of the part. See in the picture above the piece of metal at the top.

No, our shoe doesn't have the metal plate like yours. The 15-141 is the only pivot shoe we have that will work with the notched coil spring, however. I can suggest other pivot shoes with that metal plate, like our 15-140, but you would also have to replace the coil springs. Regardless, I don't think the metal plate will be necessary for it to function.
