Need help finding part. Awning window operator

I believe we can help, but we need to see the awning operator fully removed from the window to help. Specifically I need to see the hole pattern on the top and bottom tabs; I also need to see the hole at the end of the link arm. The actual length of the link arm isn't that important, but the size of the hole is. From there I should be able to ID what you need.
