Need help finding the right Storm Panel Top Tilt

A handy person from Dallas North Carolina says:
There is a stamp 2594 and ASVC arranged in a square. Length is 1 5/8" W = 3/16 H = 3/32". I believe the replacement corners for my storm windows are prod. code 95-147 and 95-146. The funny or stupid part is that the tilt was not broken until I tried to remove it. I thought as long as I was ordering the corners, order the tilts too, hey what could go wrong.
User submitted a photo of a corner key.

Looks like the tip is flat. I have known service people that have come across your style of corner key who used our 95-008 and 95-009. All it took was a little filing and the corners worked. What do you think?

You might want to also look at our 95-191 top tilt corner key. It is 3/16" x 1/8". See if you could use this in your storm sash. Like Paul said, take note that you might have to file down the 1/8" if it is a little tight for your sash.

To be honest, repairing storm sashes is never an easy task. You try to repair one corner and the complete sash breaks apart. Take a look at our related videos on this subject on the right side of this page, they should help.
