Need help finding window channel balance.

Question

Hi,

Length metal to metal is 26 5/8. Depth is 5/8. Stamp is 2650. Bottom clips about 1 3/32. Channel width appears to be 9/16. The bottom clip appears to thread at the very bottom of the clip vs above it.
