Need help identifying a channel balance

Question

I ordered a S350-33 : 33" Series 350 Channel Balance. The balance top was fine, but I had to trim the balance shoe to fit because it was too deep I cant seem to find a good match to replace one of the same type. Can I special order or do we need to buy individual parts and assemble it myself? It looks like I need a 19-002 top and a 15-005 balance shoe. The channel is 1/2"
