Need help identifying parts for replacement

A handy person from Colorado says:

Have several window cranks that have blown out and need replacement. Only marking found are Entry Guard, Truth and the number shown in the photo. Have not taken windows apart yet. Let me know if necessary. Appreciate any help you can offer.

Hello,

Thank you for posting your question. We would need to see the arm attached to the mobile part of the window in order to recommend a replacement. You can do this by opening the window and taking a picture from above or taking it apart as you mentioned. Thank you.

It looks like you have either our 39-036 or our 39-035 window operator. Carefully compare your measurements and dimensions to ours to be sure though.

Take a look at our 39-036 operator. It looks like this might be the one you need but also compare to the 39-035 to be sure. These are for opposite ends of your window. Let us know if you have any more questions.
