Need help identifying and replacing this part

Thanks for writing in! The window will not open and close properly because the coil balance assembly in the channel is damaged in some way. 

It looks like you may need the Series 140 Quick-Tilt assembly but you'll need to remove your existing hardware to confirm the dimensions; specifically, the width and the thickness of the shoe.

Since it appears the assembly is missing its cover, you'll also need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. This will help to narrow down the exact assembly needed for your repairs.
