Need help on Channel balance parts

Hi, Ordered some retaining clips from you a few weeks ago then realized the two windows I'm having an issue with use pop out plastic retainer clips. Bought a home where two windows are not working (please see pics). Looks like I am missing two (one on each window) Channel balances and some of those pop out retainer clips. Seems the windows I have use a channel balancer on both sides as opposed to only one side. Need two channel balancer assy's and 4 plastic retaining clips. Cannot find any other stickers other than one in pic showing warranty number and date.

Thanks for posting! Before we go forward, I want to tell you that all windows like this are meant to use one channel balance on each side. If you have any windows that only use one balance, then that means that either the window is missing a balance or someone installed it incorrectly. Just something to keep in mind.

As for your balance in particular, we can supply it but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Thankfully your photos tell me everything I need to get, so I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for two of these. You can use that to place an order on our site.

As for the retaining clip, we call these "take out clips." Yours in particular is an older style that we've never been able to track down. I don't know it for a fact but it may very well not be made anymore. I am sorry that we cannot offer an alternative to this.
