The channel width is 9/16
The channel height looks to be 9/16 also
The overall length is 16 3/4
Stupid question, but I'll need 2 right?
Do I need any other parts? The one balance is all I have.

I only can find one balance. When we bought the house the window pretty much fell out of the track. The lock mechanism is stuck. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello, Tom. Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
Also note that when determining length, you only want to measure the metal channel. Do not include the nylon fittings in that measurement.
Lastly, you will need 1 per side, yes. They also need to be identical.
