Need help with tracks

I purchased a pair of tracks for one of my windows as 95% of all of my windows in the house no longer work. The tracks work great but the window seems to go up crooked if not pushed up exactly right. Also, the window doesn't tend to stay up. Any help or recommendations of what parts to get would be appreciated.

By tracks, do you mean the channel balance? If so, looking at your pictures it appears one of your top sash guides have broken. To see what I mean, watch the video below. That should explain the situation. You can also see our entire selection of top sash guides here.

Yes, I meant the balances. Most of them look like the picture and I determined that the sashes were all broken and the springs in the balances may need to be lubed or replaced. I have purchased some top sashes to start the fix for these.
