I have measured this part in the attached photos MULTIPLE times. Shoe is 1/2" thick, exactly 1 3/8" tall and is exactly one inch in diameter. Any suggestions for the replacement parts? Most seem to be 1 1/4" in diameter in your stock and that's too big. Any help would be appreciated! I have been to hardware stores and multiple other places. No idea what brand these are. They are vinyl and 18 years old.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's tough to make out what you have while it's still in the window but it looks to be a match for our 15-216. This is .530" thick and 1-1/4" wide. You mentioned that your shoe is 1" in diameter, but diameter is not an applicable dimension for this shoe, as it is rectangular. Diameter is a dimension only used for round parts. Could you have meant width? If so, I highly recommend removing your shoe from the window and triple checking that. I've never seen a shoe in this style made with only a 1" width. To my knowledge this was only made in 1-1/4". You definitely don't want to measure a shoe while it's still in the track. Too much of it is obscured to get anything like an accurate measurement. |
