Need parts for this mechanism

Question

I have two windows that need parts to open and close.  The picture item is missing the part that connects to the round object you see in the picture. The other window is missing the same but also the center bolt that the round part spins around.

Thanks for writing in! It appears the worm gear from your awning window operator has become stripped, so you'll need to replace the entire mechanism.

I am confident we can provide you with a recommendation for your awning window operator. To identify it, I'll need to see a photo of the installation holes on the operator as well as a photo of the end of the link arm from the operator.
