Need replacement for a custom sized Viking window

Need replacement for a custom sized Viking window.  The hook piece is missing. I think the elastic and spring could be used if I could get a hook. The piece is stamped with the numbers 1420 and is approximately twenty-five years old.

I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need. It sounds like it could be a balance, but based on your description it could be just about any balance in our inventory.

In order to assist, I will need a clear picture of the hardware in question. If it is part of the balance then I specifically need to see the balance undamaged, out of the window, and without obstruction. We need to review the top end, bottom end, hook, stamp, and whatever other attachments it uses to function.

Please let me know if that would be possible and we can work from there.
