Need replacement for window balance

Hi,

I attached the pictures of my window balance. Their length is 29 inches. other dimensions are 9/16 and 5/8. Please let me know what part number I need to order.

If the balance shoe depth is 1-1/8", then I recommend our S390-29 with a 2830 stamp.

Yes, the shoe depth is 1-1/8".

I have multiple windows as listed below with their sash weights;
6 windows each with a window sash weight of 18 lbs
4 windows each with a window sash weight of 25 lbs
2 windows each with a window sash weight of 15 lbs

How do I place the order and pay for them? I called and spoke to your rep. She mentioned that for any custom parts, I need to go through by filling out a form that you would send me..

These balances don't have to be custom made in any way. You can place your order directly on our site whenever you wish.
