Need replacement latch for outside screen foor.

A quick learner from New Jersey says:

Hi. The inside latch for my screen door no longer releases when I turn the outside handle. I've gone to Ace Hardware into Home Depot and no one seems to have this precise type of latch. I've attached photos. It's a pretty simple piece. But, there are no identifying marks on the door or the handle to indicate the port type or manufacturer. Can you help?
