Need replacement lock

A home owner from Westerville Ohio says:

Thereis no serial # on this door. This an Emco Forever Series Door installed with the house built in 1993. I have no key & the handle won't stay on & is very worn & ugly. The door itself is still in great shape so instead of replacing the whole door I would like to get something in nickel as I am getting rid of all brass in my house. Thanks so much.

I'm not sure if we have this exact handle set, but our 40-211 is very similar. Carefully review the dimensions we show on its store page and let me know if they line up. Or, if they're different, exactly how.
