Need replacement mechanism

A handy person says:
The worm gear on the end of the crank pops out of the mechanism. There are no clear markings or part numbers on it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for posting. If the worm gear is popping out, then the entire operator is worn down and needs to be replaced. We will need to see the operator removed from the window, with a rear view of the screw holes, as well as a picture of the link arm. Any dimensions such as the distance between the centers of the mounting holes, as well as the diameter of the hole in the link arm, would also be most useful. Many thanks.
