Need replacement pivot shoe

Pivot window, 3/8" red tipped Spiral balance, Existing Pivot Shoe measures 1/2" thick x 1" wide x 2" tall. I could not find a match in your catalog. Any suggestions?

We did sell this shoe at one time, but it was discontinued back in 2016 and at this time we have no verified replacement.
One of our modern shoes may work as an alternative, but before I recommend anything I'd like to see a photo of the pivot bar at the bottom corners of your sash. That would help me see if we have something that's compatible, even if it would be a different style.
