Need the spring part for my window

Question

Can someone please tell me where I can get this part? Mine doesn't have the metal enclosed around it. Only the spring itself.

Hello there. This old crossbow balance is no longer made, but it can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below shows how to do this and what you'll need to account for.
