Need these screen corner latches

That clip you show was popular at one time, often used in apartment complexes like yours. Unfortunately, they've since fallen out of use and I'm not sure you will find them anywhere. 

For now, take a look at the ones suggested parts I listed below. I believe that the 70-041 and the 70-042 would be a good alternative, but this is just an educated guess. These really are not that easy to come by these days. Sorry we can't be of more help!
