Sure, look at our 15-175 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. These should match up for you. Let me know what you think.

Since there are no numbers stamped on your old springs, we'll need you to weigh your sash on a scale and tell me its exact weight. Then tell me how many springs are used on each side; it looks like 2, but I want to be 100% sure. We can use that information to calculate the best Series 152 option.
