Need to identify parts

Hi John. I'm confident we can replace these parts for you, but I'm afraid we need more information to be able to help. 

• First, can you remove the pivot shoe, or the plastic block with the metal cam, from the bottom of the window track and show us a picture of it? The identity of the pivot shoe determines the identity of the coil balances you need. 
• Also, can you confirm there are no stamps on the coil balances themselves? If there any, can you show us? 
• Finally, for your tilt latch, can you remove one from the window and show it to us from different angles? From there, we'll do our best to match everything you need. Thanks. 

Thank you! So, I believe you need an S140-18 coil balance. The reason I think it's the 18 is because that's the sum of the numbers stamped on your old cover. I have to admit, 6+6+6 is a pretty funny way to stamp a balance like this. It's not common at all, but it makes sense and I think the 18 is what you want.

As for the tilt latch, consider our 26-243 and 26-244. Look over our dimensions to confirm how well they match up, but I think they'll be pretty close.
