Need to identify window channel balance

Home Owner from Davis, California
I'd like to replace my original window channel balances, so please direct me which replacement balances I should order.

Stamp: 26 3 EK Caldwell
27" long
1/2" wide

Thank you!

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you for your response. Ours seems to match S385-27 according to my measurement of the bottom shoe. Now I'm wondering which options of S385-27 I should order. The stamp of our balances says "26 3 EK Caldwell"--does it indicate the strength of the balance? The measured weight of the window is 18.2 lbs. Which option should I choose, "2630" or "2640"?

Thanks.

Perfect, thanks for confirming! As long as your shoe is 1-3/32" then the S385-27 will work perfectly well.

As for your spring calibration, a stamp of 26-3 like your original matches our 2630. You can see on the chart on the S385-27 store page that this carries 13 through 19 pounds, so this should be fine. Your sash weight falls very comfortably in that range. 2640 would be too strong.
