Need to know the part for this window I don't slide up and down they're actually broke

Thanks for posting. You might need new Top Sash Guides; we can help replace them, but I need to see one out of the window, with pictures of the front and side. If the window simply can't stay open, you also might need new channel balances. See the videos below.
