Need to order balancers

We should be able to supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, though, I will require a clear picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord. I know it seems like a small detail but it is essential.

Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel in each case? They should both end on a 5/8" increment. 1/2" is not an option for this design.

Finally, please note that we can only supply 2 each at minimum. You said you only wanted one of the 32-5/8", so I hope that's okay. We always recommend replacing these in pairs anyway.
