Need to replace a casement operator

A home owner from San Diego, California says:
Hi there!
I have a milgard vinyl window, the crank mechanism is all rusty and falling apart. Need to replace all casement operators and need help identifying the parts please! One panel opens to left, another to the right. There's a sticker with the following info:

Series 5521/5531/5571
AAMA/NWWDA/101 I.S. 2-97
C-C30-144x72 (REINF)
C-C40-36x60
C-C40-72x72

Take a look at the 39-253L and 39-253R operators and make sure that yours matches the dimensions found on our product pages. Thank you!
