Need to replace channel balance

Hi,
The rope attached to the clip on our channel balance snapped, so we need to get a set of replacements.

The channel balances are about 2 feet long (see pics). Etched into metal is a marking that says "2390 32."

The channel balances hold up a pretty large vinyl window (single hung) that measures roughly 40 inches across.

Thanks for posting. This is called an Extended-Travel balance, where the pulley system is embedded in the bottom nylon shoe. This does not match any of our stock items but we'd be happy to replace this for you via custom order. I need just a little more information to get this going:

Can you show me a side profile view of the bottom nylon fitting, or shoe? I want to see how it attaches to the metal channel.
I need to see the clip or hook that would normally be at the end of that white cord. You may need to check the other balance from the window for this. The clip may resemble our 62-106 or 62-108, among other shapes, but identification is crucial.

From there I will prepare a quote for you.
