That code is an indicator of what application the door is for. It's a residential sliding glass door. Unfortunately, that doesn't identify the hardware. Can you send a photo of the handle set you're trying to replace?

Looking at your exterior handle, you might be able to install just the 82-310 key cylinder. You could also purchase the 82-306 exterior handle with key cylinder, but it only comes in the black finish.

You may also want to consider replacing your keeper. It looks like you just have a piece of metal from something other than a Patio door. Look at the keepers I've listed on this page to see if one of these could work better on your door.
