Needing help on a 1/8" x 3/8" high brush type weather strip for middle of double doors

A quick learner from USA says:
You were great at steering me in the right direction for a wool pile weatherstrip on the back of one of my doors.

I am hoping you can help me one more time with this dual channel brush weatherstrip found on the middle of a set of double commercial doors..

This weatherstrip appears to be a brush type that is 1/8" across at the bottom and 3/8" high. It is very worn down, so the height could be different than this.
There are two separate channels for the weatherstrip that are about 1/4" in size . . .in other words . . .two parallel strips of weatherstrip down the length of the door.

Can you help us identify the weatherstrip we need from the attached photos?
Again . . .appears to be 1/8 width at bottom and approximately 3/8" high brush type.

I think you might be able to use our 58-091. This is used for commercial doors. Take a look and see if you could get this to work.
