New balance needed for my marvin replacement window

A home owner from Ridgewood, new jersey says:

The balance needs to be replaced so i am looking to buy a new one. i have attached the upc off of the window. The slop is measure at 8 degrees( if needed) the inner track is 35 and 3/4" and the outer track is 36".
