New casement lock Pin

A quick learner from Minnesota says:

We ordered a lock via your website on order 128 8678
As you can see from the attached pictures, pin is too long for the new lock (the holes in the new plastic piece is not able to go through). Will you be able to provide me a new pin that fits the new lock?
