No marks on door or part

Home Owner from Clinton Arkansas
Inner box is 1/2 " thick; 2 1/4 " long 1 3/8 tall. Flange extends length to
2 5/8 " long.
There is an outer brass box stuck inside the door and appears to be screwed to aluminum frame. No way to access that screw head

Thanks for reaching out to us. That outer brass box you mentioned is part of the roller assembly itself, and is an essential detail. I'm afraid that we can't pick out a match without it.

If this is an older aluminum door, then you may need to knock off the bottom rail of the door to fully remove the roller assembly. This can be done after you remove the corner screws by using a block of wood and a mallet to gently tap it off.

This can be a risky move if it's not the kind of project you're used to. There is a risk of damaging the glass if you aren't careful. You may want to contact a local professional to do it for you.
