Non tilt window balance

Looking for assistance on tip color and model #. Old balance on non tilt window is 3/8" in diameter and 30" in length. The current color appears to be yellow. Attached is a photo. Thanks in advance.

Hello! If your old balance is 3/8" in diameter, then I recommend our Series 400 to start with. Look it over and let me know what you think.
